社会工作参与婚姻家庭关系调解研究——以“爱满荆楚”项目为例

婚姻是家庭纽带,婚姻家庭和睦关乎民生幸福与社会稳定。近几年我国离婚率呈逐年上升趋势,引起了社会各界的高度关注。如何开展广泛的婚姻家庭调解工作以应对目前高离婚率现状,成了社会热点。在当前离婚冷静期已实施的背景下,民政、妇联、社区等各个主体多元参与婚姻矛盾纠纷治理,引进社工专业服务开展婚姻家庭调解工作是一个新思路、新实践,婚姻家庭社工专业对口,能为婚姻危机人群提供更专业的服务。婚姻危机人群数量庞大但有主动求助意识的人很少,在婚姻家庭调解工作中调解员不能坐等案主上门,而是要主动去发掘案主,成功接案后需以专业价值观做引导,树立非功利性的工作目标,充分利用各种社工专业技巧去开展调解工作,为案主提供个性化的服务,同时总结经验并为其他从事婚姻家庭调解工作的人员提供实践参考。

Marriage is a family bond, and marriage and family harmony is related to people’s livelihood happiness and social stability.In recent years, the divorce rate in China has been increasing year by year.How to carry out extensive marriage and family mediation work to deal with the current high divorce rate, has become a social hot spot.Under the background of the current cooling-off period of divorce has been implemented, civil affairs, women’s federations, community and other subjects participate in the management of marriage conflicts and disputes. The introduction of professional social work services to carry out marriage and family mediation is a new idea and a new practice. Marriage and family social work can provide more professional services for people in marriage crisis.Marriage crisis crowd is large but very few people make full use of various social work professional skills to carry out mediation work, personalized to provide different types of services, through summarizing experience and to provide practical reference for other personnel engaged in marriage and family mediation.
