显柱南蛇藤根皮氯仿部位化学成分研究

Chemical constituents of chloroform extraction from root bark of Celastrus stylosus Wall

显柱南蛇藤干燥根皮85%乙醇提取物氯仿部位采用硅胶柱层析、Sephedex LH-20柱层析、中压制备色谱和重结晶等方法进行分离纯化.根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得到化合物的结构,从显柱南蛇藤根皮氯仿部位分离并鉴定出15个化合物,分别是palmitic acid(1),cinnamic acid(2),β-sitosterol(3),6α-hydroxystimast-4,22-diene-3-one(4),celastrol(5),pristimerin(6),29-hydroxyglutionl(7),orthosphenic acid(8),wiforol A(9),polpunonic acid(10),3α,22β-dihydroxyolean-12-en-29-oic acid(11),1β-acetoxy-8β-,9α-dibenzo-yloy-6α-hydroxy-2β(α-methylbutanoyloxy)-β-dihydroagaofu-ran(12),β-amyrenone(13),oleanolic acid(14)and juglangenin A(15).所有化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到.

The chloroform portion of 85%ethanol extract from root bark of Celastrus stylosus Wall was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,Sephedex LH-20 column chromatography,medium pressure preparative chromatography and recrystallization.The structures of the obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Fifteen compounds were isolated from chloroform extraction from root bark of Celastrus stylosus Wall and identified as palmitic acid(1),cinnamic acid(2),β-sitosterol(3),6α-hydroxystimast-4,22-diene-3-one(4),celastrol(5),pristimerin(6),29-hydroxyglutionl(7),orthosphenic acid(8),wiforol A(9),polpunonic acid(10),3α,22β-dihydroxyolean-12-en-29-oic acid(11),1β-acetoxy-8β-,9α-dibenzoyloy-6α-hydroxy-2β(α-methylbutanoylo-xy)-β-dihydroagaofu-ran(12),β-amyrenone(13),oleanolic acid(14),juglangenin A(15).All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
