抽排乏风超低浓度瓦斯氧化热制取蒸汽技术

摘要 为降低煤矿低浓度瓦斯直接对空排放造成的温室效应和环境污染,利用氧化热制取蒸汽技术,将煤矿超低浓度瓦斯转化为蒸汽热能,分析抽排乏风超低浓度瓦斯氧化热制取蒸汽技术的主要工艺流程、工程组成及主要设备参数;结合矿区瓦斯抽采情况,分析计算瓦斯氧化装置的热效率,进行工程应用验证。结果表明:瓦斯蓄热氧化装置运行安全,余热锅炉热效率可达80%,瓦斯氧化装置热效率为74%;采用瓦斯蓄热氧化装置制取饱和蒸汽系统替代燃煤锅炉为矿区供热,年消耗瓦斯气约500万m^(3),减排CO_(2)约7.4万t,节约标准煤0.8万t,能够有效解决低浓度瓦斯利用及燃煤锅炉的大气污染物排放超标问题,具有明显的环保和经济效益。该项目可为煤矿瓦斯综合治理与安全利用提供工程示范。 In order to reduce the greenhouse effect and environmental pollution caused by the direct exhaust emission of low concentration gas in coal mines,the technology of producing steam from oxidation heat is adopted to convert ultra-low concentration gas in coal mines into steam heat.Combined with the situation of gas drainage in the mining area,the thermal efficiency of gas oxidation device is analyzed and calculated,and the engineering application is verified.Calculation analysis and engineering application show that the gas heat storage and oxidation device operates safely,the thermal efficiency of waste heat boiler can reach 80%and that of gas oxidation device is 74%.Saturated steam system is produced by gas heat storage and oxidation device to replace coal-fired boilers for heating in the mining area,which consumes about 5 million m^(3) gas annually,reduces CO_(2)by about 74,800 t,and saves about 5,500 t of standard coal each year,which can effectively solve the problem of low concentration gas utilization and excessive emission of air pollutants from coal-fired boilers,which has obvious environmental protection and economic benefits.The project provides an engineering demonstration for the comprehensive treatment and safe utilization of coal mine gas.
