微波馈口形式对微波热解升温特性的影响

摘要 以PTA氧化残渣为热解对象,在实验室自制微波热解设备的基础上,研究微波馈口形式对微波热解升温特性的影响.通过对比分析4种馈口形式的微波热解温度变化规律,发现当四馈口E-H分布时,物料升温速率快,反应充分,热解终温高,固态产物产率低,且在相同热解终温下总能耗更低.该结论可为微波热解的工业化应用提供参考. Taking PTA oxidation residue as the pyrolysis object,based on the microwave pyrolysis equipment made in the laboratory,the experimental study on the effect of microwave feed port form on the heating characteristics of microwave pyrolysis is carried out in this paper.The variation laws of microwave pyrolysis temperature under the four forms of feed port are compared and analyzed.The results show that when the four feeders are E-H distributed,the material heating rate is fast,the reaction is sufficient,the final pyrolysis temperature is high,the yield of solid products is low,and the total energy consumption is lower at the same final pyrolysis temperature.The obtained experimental results in this paper can provide a basis for the industrial application of microwave pyrolysis.
