摘要
以龙柏为原料,经水热法绿色合成荧光碳点(CDs),并采用各种方法对其形貌、表面官能团、元素和存在状态进行表征,同时探究其对Fe^(3+)和抗坏血酸(AA)的连续定量检测效果.结果表明:Fe^(3+)对CDs的荧光强度有很强的猝灭作用,且具有很高的选择性,Fe^(3+)浓度在1~80μM、80~200μM范围内与荧光强度呈线性响应,检出限为0.65μM;AA的加入可使已猝灭的荧光恢复,且具有很高的选择性,线性范围为0~220μM,检出限低至0.74μM.该连续检测传感器在实际样品检测中具有很好的灵敏度、准确性和实用性.
The fluorescent carbon quantum dots(CDs)were synthesized by hydrothermal method using Sabina chinensis as raw materials.The morphology,surface functional groups,elements and the occurrence states of the CDs were characterized by various methods.At the same time,the continuous and quantitative detection of Fe^(3+) and ascorbic acid(AA)was investigated.The results show that Fe^(3+) has a strong quenching effect on the fluorescence of CDs and exhibits very high selectivity.The concentration of Fe^(3+) was linear in the range of 1~80μM and 80~200μM.The detection limit was 0.65μM.AA can restore the quenched fluorescence of the mixed solution of Fe^(3+) and CDs,and also has high selectivity.The linear range for AA is 0~220μM and the detection limit is as low as 0.74μM.The continuous detection sensor has good sensitivity,accuracy and practicability in actual sample detection.
