瑞舒伐他汀对冠心病患者低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及内皮祖细胞的影响

Effect of Rosuvastatin on Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol and Endothelial Progenitor Cells in Coronary Heart Disease Patients

目的:评价和比较冠心病患者在接受等剂量瑞舒伐他汀和辛伐他汀的有效性和安全性。方法:纳入我院2020年6月-2021年6月期间收治的100例冠心病患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组50例(接受瑞舒伐他汀),对照组50例(接受辛伐他汀)。检测低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,外周循环EPCs,血浆NO水平变化,并记录两组患者治疗前后的心绞痛发作频率和持续时间,并连续观察两组治疗期间的不良反应(肝酶变化)等。结果:接受治疗后观察组患者低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平明显下降,外周内皮祖细胞及一氧化氮分泌增加,心绞痛发作频率下降,发作持续时间缩短,且发生不良反应明显减少。结论:冠心病患者在接受等剂量瑞舒伐他汀和辛伐他汀药物后,瑞舒伐他汀对冠心病疗效更好,更具有安全性。

Objective:To evaluate and compare the efficacies and safeties of similar dose of rosuvastatin and simvastatin in coronary heart disease patients.Methods:Clinical data of 100 cases of coronary heart disease patients in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.They were randomly divided into 50 cases for observation group(accepted rosuvastatin)and 50 cases control group(accepted simvastatin).Detecting the change of level of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,circulating endothelial progenitor cells,plasma NO,and recording the frequency and duration of angina attacks between before and after treatment.The adverse reactions(changes of liver enzymes)in two groups were observed consecutively.Results:After the treatment,the level of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol was significant lower,the level of circulating endothelial progenitor cells and NO were significant higher,but the frequency and duration of angina attacks were lower,and the adverse reactions were significant lower in observation group.Conclusion:After coronary heart disease patients accepted the similar dose rosuvastatin and simvastatin,we found rosuvastatin is more effective and safer for coronary heart disease.
