记忆合金肋骨接骨板最佳塑形温度和时间的探讨

Discussion on the Best Molding Temperature and Time of Memory Alloy Rib Plate

目的:探讨记忆合金肋骨接骨板最佳塑形温度和时间。方法:将我院2018年3月至2021年3月95例行记忆合金肋骨接骨板术的肋骨骨折患者,按照不同冲洗温度分为A组(34例)、B组(29例)、C组(32例),患者均采用记忆合金肋骨接骨板术,A组患者使用45℃盐水,B组患者使用50℃盐水,C组患者使用55℃盐水。比较三组患者达到最佳塑形、固定效果需要的冲洗时间,疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,止痛药物使用剂量,住院时间,并发症发生情况。结果:B组患者达到最佳塑形、固定效果时间短于A组、C组患者(P<0.05),B组患者VAS评分低于A组、C组患者,止痛药物使用剂量少于A组、C组患者,住院时间短于A组、C组患者(P<0.05),B组并发症总发生率为低于A组、C组(P<0.05)。结论:50℃冲洗温度是最佳冲盐水温度,可有效降低记忆合金重新固定率,提高记忆合金接骨板的固定效果,减少并发症的发生。

Objective:To explore the best molding temperature and time of memory alloy rib plate.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2021,95 patients with rib fracture who underwent memory alloy rib plate surgery in our hospital were divided into group A(34 cases),group B(29 cases)and group C(32 cases)according to different washing temperatures.All patients were treated with memory alloy rib plate surgery.Group a used 45℃ saline,group B used50℃ saline,and group C used 55℃ saline.The washing time,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,analgesic dosage,length of hospital stay and complications of the three groups were compared.Results:The VAS score of group B was lower than that of group A and group C,the dosage of analgesic drugs was less than that of group A and group C,the length of hospital stay was shorter than that of group A and group C(P<0.05),and the total incidence of complications in group B was lower than that in group A and group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:50℃ flushing temperature is the best flushing salt water temperature,which can effectively reduce the re fixation rate of memory alloy,improve the fixation effect of memory alloy plate,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
