河北省科技创新资源配置效率的空间关联网络研究 被引量:1

摘要 科技创新资源配置空间关联对实现区域协同发展有着重要的意义。选取2014-2018年河北省各市相关数据,通过数据包络分析法测算科技创新资源配置效率,利用修正引力模型构建空间关联网络,采用社会网络分析法研究空间关联网络特征。结果表明,河北省科技创新资源配置效率的空间分布不均衡,空间关联较弱,网络特征是以4座城市为主的多核心体系。河北省应完善科技市场服务体系,加强科技创新资源配置空间联系并优化结构,转变科技创新资源配置模式。 The spatial connection of the allocation of scientific and technological innovation resources is of great significance to the realization of regional coordinated development.Based on the relevant data of cities in Hebei Province from 2014 to 2018,by means of data envelopment analysis,the allocation efficiency of scientific and technological innovation resources is calculated.The spatial connection network is constructed by using the modified gravity model,and the characteristics of the spatial connection network are studied by social network analysis.The results show that the spatial distribution of the allocation efficiency of scientific and technological innovation resources in Hebei Province is unbalanced and the spatial connection is weak.The network is characterized by a four-city-based multi-core system.It is suggested that the service system of science and technology market in Hebei should be improved,the spatial connection of scientific and technological innovation resource allocation should be strengthened,the structure should be optimized,and the allocation mode should be changed.
