摘要
从分配正义理论来看,正义是按照“得其应得”原则将社会权益和责任在其成员间进行合适的分配。如何分配教育资源是教育正义的基本维度,对于矫正资源不公平配置而导致的教育不义,有着极强的适切性。承认正义理论则认为,正义不仅仅涉及分配领域,还涉及社会承认领域,应该关注人际互动层面上的承认正义问题。教育正义不仅要在外部教育资源分配上合乎正义,还要在教育过程中实现一种承认与尊重,更要促进学生自由而全面的发展。教育正义具有多个维度,是一种复合的正义理论。
From the perspective of distributive justice,justice reasonably distributes social rights and obligations according to the principle of“deserve what they deserve”.The fair distribution of education resources is the basic dimension of education justice.It is suitable for correcting the education injustice caused by the unfair distribution of resources.According to the theory of recognition justice,justice is not only related to the field of distribution,but also to the field of social recognition.Education justice should be justified in the distribution of external educational resources.It should also realize the recognition and respect in the process of education and promote the free and comprehensive development of students.In short,educational justice is a kind of compound justice containing multiple dimensions.
