摘要
安谷水电站5号机组为1台装机容量12 MW的轴流转桨式生态泄流水轮发电机组。介绍了安谷水电站5号机组受油器的结构形式、工作原理,投运初期因受油器渗油造成集电环装置集聚大量油污的原因分析、结构优化和处理实施,成功解决了受油器漏油问题的实例,为同行业类似结构水轮机受油器的设计、改造提供方法和参考。
Unit 5 of Angu Hydropower Station is an ecological discharge Kaplan turbine with an installed capacity of 12 MW.This paper introduces the structure and working principle of the oil receiver of Unit 5 of Angu Hydropower Station,analyzes the cause of large amount of oil accumulation at collector ring caused by oil seepage from the oil receiver in the early stage of operation,expounds optimization of the structure and the treatment practice of oil leakage,and solves successfully the problem of oil leakage of oil receiver.This paper provides methods and references for design and transformation of oil receivers of similar turbines in hydropower industry.
