摘要
衢江区矿山生态修复工程中的20多座矿山因前期无序开采,形成展线长、高陡、直立和局部倒悬的裸露废弃边坡,其安全隐患多,视觉污染严重。设计采用锚杆+SNS主动防护网+钻孔植草绿化的方案进行边坡支护和生态复绿。若采用搭设脚手架方案施工搭拆工程量大,难度大,安全风险高。介绍了以该工程为依托,在高陡边坡中应用“高空锚杆钻机+蜘蛛人”替代“脚手架”施工达到进度可控、安全实用,经济效益明显目的实施过程,总结并形成了一套成熟、可借鉴的施工方案,所取得的经验可为类似工程提供参考。
Disorder mining in the early stage leaves more than 20 mines of Qujiang District in exposed and abandoned high slopes with long exposure line,vertical and partial overhanging,which brings many safety risks and serious visual pollution.Anchor rod and SNS active protection net and grass plantation scheme is designed for slope support and ecological greening.Installation and dismantling of scaffolding is featuring with large amount of work,huge difficult and high safety risk,instead,this paper introduces high-altitude anchor rod drill and spider-man method for supporting high and steep slope and ecological greening which achieves the purpose of controllable progress,safe and practical construction,as well as obvious economic benefits,and forms a set of mature construction plan that can be used to provide reference for similar projects.
