硅酸钠对产蛋高峰期罗曼蛋鸡产蛋性能和蛋中微量元素含量的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Sodium Silicate on the Laying Performance and the Content of Trace Elements in Eggs of Lohmann Laying Hens at the Peak of Egg-laying Period

摘要 为了考察不同硅酸钠添加水平对产蛋高峰期罗曼蛋鸡产蛋性能和鸡蛋中微量元素的影响,选择310日龄体重相近的健康罗曼蛋鸡360只,随机分为6个处理组,每个处理设6个重复,每个重复10只,分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)及基础日粮添加0.5%、1%、3%、5%、7%的硅酸钠(试验Ⅰ~Ⅴ组),试验期42 d。结果显示:日粮中添加0.5%~3%硅酸钠对试验期间罗曼蛋鸡全期产蛋率、平均蛋重无显著影响(P>0.05),日粮中添加5%~7%硅酸钠显著降低全期产蛋率及平均蛋重(P<0.05);日粮中添加硅酸钠对产蛋高峰期罗曼蛋鸡蛋黄、蛋清中微量元素锰(Mn)、镍(Ni)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)、硒(Se)、铅(Pb)含量无显著影响(P>0.05),但能够显著降低蛋黄、蛋清中钒(V)、铬(Cr)、锌(Zn)含量(P<0.05)。综合考虑产蛋性能和蛋中微量元素含量,硅酸钠的添加量为0.5%~1%为宜。 To study the effects of different addition levels of sodium silicate on laying performance and the content of trace elements in eggs of Lohmann laying hens at the peak of egg-laying period,a total of 360 healthy Lohmann laying hens at 310 days of age with similar body weights were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups,with 6 replications in each group and 10 hens in each replicate.The chickens were fed with basal diet supplemented with 0(the control),0.5%(groupⅠ)and 1%(groupⅡ),3%(groupⅢ),5%(groupⅣ)and 7%(groupⅤ)sodium silicate respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:That compared with the control,the addition of 0.5%to 3%sodium silicate to the basal diet had no significant effect on the laying rate and average egg weight of Lohmann laying hens during the test period(P>0.05).Dietary with 5%to 7%sodium silicate significantly decreased the laying rate and average egg weight during the test period(P<0.05).Basal diet supplemented with sodium silicate had no significant effect on the content of the trace elements of manganese(Mn),nickel(Ni),copper(Cu),impurities(As),selenium(Se),and plumbum(Pb)in egg yolk and egg white of Lohmann laying hens at the peak of egg-laying period,but it could reduce the content of the trace elements of vanadium(V),chromium(Cr),zinc(Zn).Considering the egg laying performance and the content of trace elements in the egg,the appropriate amount of sodium silicate was 0.5%to 1%.
