跨界、拓展、新生——论饶芃子教授的海外华文文学研究

Border-crossing,Exploration and a New Birth:On Professor Rao Pengzi’s Study of Overseas Chinese Literature

饶芃子教授是中国世界华文文学学会的创始人之一,她从古典文学转向文艺学,又跨界比较文学,融汇多个文学研究领域的方法垦殖海外华文文学研究。饶芃子教授以跨文化视野和世界格局重新定位海外华文文学,结合文化研究的方法深入挖掘该领域的文化内涵。她积极引进比较文学的学科方法,以形象学、主题学等研究方法,推动了海外华文文学的纵深发展。同时她也积极推动该领域的学科建设,倡导海外华文文学的诗学研究,率领中青年学者编写教材,为学界培养后备人才。

As one of the founders of China World Association for Chinese Literatures,Professor Rao Pengzi turned from classical literature to the study of literature and arts,and straddled comparative literature,engaging in the study of literatures in Chinese overseas with a combination of multi-disciplinary approaches.From a cross-cultural perspective,Professor Rao re-positioned literatures in Chinese overseas and deeply excavated the cultural contents of the discipline with a combination of approaches to cultural study.By introducing academic methods of comparative literature,she helped push the literatures in Chinese overseas develop further along the lines with the research methods of imagology and thematology while,at the same time,she actively engaged in pushing for the academic construction of the discipline,promoting the study of poetics in literatures in Chinese overseas and taking the lead in writing or editing teaching material for the young and the middle-aged scholars in preparation for the scholarly world.
