孙中山先生与《孙子兵法》的渊源很深。孙中山在上海的故居藏书目录中,就有《孙子兵法》以及《孙子十家注》。孙中山很早就接触到了《孙子兵法》,在他一生的革命生涯中,武装反抗反动势力是最基本的形式,并先后担任过海陆军大元帅、非常大元帅、陆海空军大元帅,创办了著名的黄埔军校,著有《十年国防计划》《军人精神教育》等军事学论著,被李浴日称为“伟大军事家”。他把《孙子兵法》原理应用到革命实践中去,《孙子兵法》中的战略思想如庙算、致和、造势、伐交、创新、攻心、共济,战术思想如出奇、先发、速战、严纪、治气、用间等,都被创造性运用,为孙中山革命生涯增添了智慧源泉。

Mr.Sun Yat-sen is a famous descendant of the famous Sun family and has a deep connection with The Art of War.In the catalogue of the collected books in Sun Yat-sen’s former residence in Shanghai,there are The Art of War and Ten Schools of Notes on The Art of War.Sun Yat-sen came into contact with The Art of War very early.Throughout his life’s revolutionary career,armed resistance against reactionary forces was the most basic form.He served successively as Generalissimo of Navy and Army,Very Generalissimo,and Generalissimo of Army,Navy and Air Force.He founded the famous Whampoa Military Academy and wrote such military works as Ten Years of National Defense Plan and Military Mental Education.So he was called a“great military strategist”by Li Ruyi.He applied the principles of The Art of War to revolutionary practice.The strategic ideas in The Art of War,such as temple calculations,peacemaking,momentum building,exchanges,innovation,attacking the mind,and mutual aid,and tactical ideas such as surprise,first move,speed war,strict discipline,control of energy,and use of time,were all used creatively,which added a source of wisdom to Sun Yat-sen’s revolutionary career.
