摘要
拉裂、起皱、扭曲变形是金属板材二次正反深拉伸成型过程中比较常见的问题,也是导致零件深拉伸成型合格率下降及零件成本增加的主要因素。本文针对空调室外机金属大把手案例研究深拉伸成型方案,解决零件深拉伸成型过程中起皱、拉裂、扭曲变形等问题,提高生产效率,降低零件报废率,降低零件成本。
Cracking,wrinkling and distortion are common problems in the secondary forward and reverse deep drawing process of sheet metal,which are the main factors that lead to the decline in the qualification rate of deep drawing of parts and the cost increase of parts.Taking the metal handle for outdoor unit of air conditioner as example,the deep drawing scheme is studied,the problems of wrinkling,cracking and distortion etc.are resolved,which can improve the production efficiency,reduce the scrap rate and production costofparts.
