基于笛卡尔坐标型机器人的负压吸入式中药自动配药机结构设计

摘要 以笛卡尔坐标型机器人为基础,设计了一种负压吸入式中药自动配药机,只需在PC机端口输入处方信息,系统会自动识别处方中中药饮片所在药盒的坐标点以及重量,该负压吸入式中药自动配药机能够在进料口处形成负压,将中药饮片吸入机器内并进行定量称取,通过PLC控制板控制该配药机及其他辅助装置完成配药动作,并进行二次药材识别及重量检验,待称取完成后,将多余药材送回储药柜内,最后将称取好的中药饮片通过送料小车送至药剂科进行人工第三次复检,最后打包交付到患者手中。采用负压吸入式中药自动配药机不仅保证了称量精度、缩短配药时间,而且减轻了药剂科工作压力,提高配药效率,缩减了患者排队取药时间。 Based on Cartesian coordinate robot, anegative pressure suction type Chinese medicine automatic dispensing machine is designed. The system can automatically identify the coordinate point and weight of the medicine box in the prescription by inputting the prescription information at the PC port. The negative pressure suction type Chinese medicine automatic dispensing machine can form a negative pressure at the feeding port, The Chinese herbal pieces were inhaled into the machine and weighed quantitatively. The dispensing machine and other auxiliary devices were controlled by PLC control board to complete the dispensing action, and the secondary identification and weight test of medicinal materials were carried out. After weighing,the surplus medicinal materials were sent back to the medicine box. Finally, the weighed Chinese herbal pieces were sent to the pharmacy department for the third manual recheck through the feeding trolley, Finally, the package is delivered to the patients. The negative pressure suction type automatic dispensing machine not only ensures the weighing accuracy and shortens the dispensing time, but also reduces the working pressure of pharmacy department, improves the dispensing efficiency and reduces the queuing time of patients.
