摘要
本文研究了在不同时效制度、不同淬火冷却方式条件下6082铝型材拉伸力学性能和拉伸应变硬化指数n的变化关系及屈强比与n之间的关系。试验结果表明,随着时效制度由欠时效-峰时效-过时效过程,屈服强度、抗拉强度先升高后降低,对应的n值先降低后升高,而且屈强比与n值关系较为密切,当屈强比越小时,n值越高;另外,淬火冷却强度越高,力学性能提高的同时,断后伸长率也有所提升,且间接影响n值的变化。
In this paper, the relationship between tensile mechanical properties and tensile strain hardening exponent n and the relationship between yield ratio and n of 6082 aluminum profile under different aging and quenching cooling methods are studied. The test results show that with the aging process from under aging peak aging over aging, yield strength and tensile strength first increase and then decrease, and the corresponding n value first decreases and then increases. Moreover, the yield ratio is closely related to n value, and the smaller the yield ratio is, the higher the n value is;in addition, the higher the quenching cooling strength is, the higher the mechanical properties are, and the elongation after fracture is also increased n value are indirectly affected.
