教育扶贫的理论逻辑与现实路径

摘要 教育扶贫是我国的一种制度安排,其实践逻辑由整体、模糊的开发式扶贫,正走向以精准扶贫为特征的脱贫攻坚事业。新时代教育扶贫应重视义务教育基础工程建设,加大贫困地区教育经费投入,拓宽资金来源渠道,提升教师学历教育及其能力水平,始终坚持立德树人,促进人的全面发展,求真务实扶民智,取得教育精准扶贫的实际效果。 Poverty alleviation through education is a system arrangement in China, and its practical logic is from holistic and vague development-oriented poverty alleviation to poverty alleviation characterized by precise poverty alleviation. In the new era, education poverty alleviation should attach importance to the basic construction of compulsory education, increase the investment of education funds in poverty-stricken areas,broaden the sources of funds, improve teachers’ academic education and their ability level, always adhere to the principle of cultivating people,promote people’s all-round development, seek truth from facts and help people’s wisdom, and achieve the actual effect of education precision poverty alleviation.
