引用国内化工企业事故数据,分析了近些年国内屡次发生较大以上化工事故的直接原因,全面剖析了化工工艺、设备存在的主要安全隐患类型,提出了化工企业工艺、设备专业人员应掌握的安全检查的主要内容及方法。指出只有在全面掌握法律法规和标准的基础上,结合企业自身管理、工艺、设备和员工技能水平的实际情况,采用科学的安全风险评估和辨识方法,深入研究企业工艺、设备等专业安全隐患及防范措施,才能提高企业本.质安全管理水平。

By quoting the accident data of domestic chemical enterprises,the direct causes of more than large chemical accidents in China in recent years were analyzed.The main potential safety hazards in chemical process and equipment and their types were comprehensively analyzed.The main contents and methods of safety inspection that should be mastered by process and equipment professionals in chemical enterprises were put forward.It was pointed out that the enterprise could improve the intrinsic safety management level only on the basis of fully mastering laws,regulations and standards,combing with the actual situation of the enterprise's own management,process,equipment and employee skill level,adop-ting scientific safety risk asessment and identification methods,and deeply studying the professional safety hazards and prevention measures.
