Analysis and Prevention of Coking and Shutdown of a Biomass Boiler Caused by Fuel Impurities

某生物质循环流化床锅炉掺烧燃料中混有杂物,引起流化不良、结焦,锅炉无法稳定运行。针对这一问题,分析生物质锅炉燃烧特性,确定锅炉流化不良、结焦的原因,提出加强燃料掺配及筛分、合理调节燃烧工况等预防措施,以确保机组安全运行。

The impurities in blended fuel of a biomass circulating fluidized bed boiler result in poor fluidization and coking,the boiler cannot operate stably.In allusion to the problem,the combustion characteristics of the biomass boiler are analyzed,the causes of poor fluidization and coking of the boiler are determined,and the preventive measures such as strengthening fuel blend⁃ing and screening and reasonably adjusting combustion condition are put forward to ensure the safe operation of the generating unit.
