Value and Promotion Path of the Belt and Road Cultural Exchange in Winter Sports

运用文献资料法与逻辑分析法,探究“一带一路”冰雪运动文化交流的历史、价值与推进路径。研究认为:“一带一路”冰雪运动文化交流具有从实际互需到有意培育、从单一交往到多元互动、从排斥对抗到选择适应、从碎片互融到重构规范的历史演进规律;具有促进民族传统冰雪运动文化传承、成为“一带一路”文化交流典范、促进不同民族国家文明融合等价值。推进路径:重构冰雪运动文化交流机制、重建冬奥文化交流价值模式、重塑奥林匹克人文交流经典、重绘冰雪丝路接续演进图谱,以促进文化交流与文明互鉴取得新进展。

By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explored the history,value and promotion path of Belt and Road cultural exchange in winter sports.The research hold s that Belt and Road cultural exchange in winter sports has a historical evolution law from actual mutual needs to intentional cultivation,from single communication to pluralistic interaction,from exclusion and confrontation to choice and adaptation,and from mutual integration of fragments to reconstruction of norms.It has the value of promoting the cultural inheritance of Chinese traditional winter sports,becoming a model of Belt and Road cultural exchange,and promoting the integration of civilizations of different nations and countries.Promotion path:We should reconstruct the cultural exchange mechanism of winter sports,rebuild the value model of cultural exchange in the Winter Olympic Games,reshape the Olympic cultural exchange classics,redraw the continuous evolution map of the ice and snow silk road,and make new progress in promoting cultural exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations.
