体育促进大学生全面发展体系构建与路径保障

System Construction and Path Guarantee of Sports Promoting the Overall Development of College Students

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对体育促进大学生全面发展体系展开研究。认为:构建体育促进大学生全面发展体系具有促进学生体质健康、深化三全育人实践的作用。现存困境:制度固化致使体教结合实践结果不理想,体教资源整合冲突导致实际操作效果差,人才培养体系不完善阻碍学生全面发展。据此构建体育教学、课外活动、多级竞赛的体育促进大学生全面发展体系。并提出以体育人:转变目标、更新理念、凝聚共识;教学相长:创新大学体育课程与教材体系;拓宽渠道:推进大学体育俱乐部建设;科技赋能:智能技术驱动大学体育智慧发展等路径保障。

By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper studied the system of sports promoting college students’ overall development under the background of the integration of sports and education.It is concluded that constructing the system of promoting the overall development of college students through physical education can promote the students’ physical health and deepen the practice of three-integrity education.Existing diffi culties:The solidifi cation of the system leads to the unsatisfactory results of the combination of education and sports,the confl ict of the integration of education and sports resources leads to poor practical results,and the imperfect talent training system hinders the overall development of students.Based on this,the system of sports teaching,extracurricular activities and multi-level competition is constructed to promote the overall development of college students.On this account,this paper put forward the following path guarantee:We need to change our goals,update our concept,build consensus to realize educating people through sports,innovate college P.E.curriculum and textbook system to realize the co-growth of teaching and learning,promote the construction of college sports clubs to broaden channels,use intelligent technology to drive the intelligent development of college sports to realize technology empowerment.
