黄芩安胎方对血热型早期先兆流产患者妊娠结局的影响

Effect of Huangqin Antai formula on pregnancy outcome of patients with early threatened abortion with blood-heat syndrome

目的:观察黄芩安胎方对血热型先兆流产患者妊娠结局的影响。方法:随机选择血热型先兆流产患者60例,分为对照组(黄体酮胶囊干预治疗)和治疗组(黄体酮胶囊+黄芩安胎方干预治疗)各30例。比较两组患者治疗前后总有效率、临床指标(P、E2、β-HCG)、中医证候评分以及妊娠结局。结果:治疗1个疗程后,治疗组中医证候评分显著低于对照组(P﹤0.05);血清HCG水平显著高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。治疗组总有效率82.1%高于对照组的57.1%。治疗组足月产率92.9%高于对照组75.0%(P﹤0.05)。结论:黄芩安胎方干预治疗血热型先兆流产可显著改善患者中医症候,并可显著改善患者妊娠结局。

Objective:To observe the effect of Huangqin Antai formula on pregnancy outcome of patients with threatened abortion with blood-heat syndrome.Methods:60 cases of selected patients with early threatened abortion with blood-heat syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with progesterone capsule,while the treatment group was treated with Huangqin Antai formula on the basis of control group.After a course of treatment,the total effective rate,clinical indexes(P,E2β-HCG),TCM syndrome score and pregnancy outcome were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than that in control group(P﹤0.05);the level of serum HCG was significantly higher than that of control group(P ﹤ 0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 82.1%,higher than 57.1%of control group.The full-term pregnancy rate of treatment group was 92.9%,higher than 75.0% of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Huangqin Antai formula for treating threatened abortion with blood-heat syndrome can significantly improve TCM symptoms and pregnancy outcome of patients.
