随着企业对精细化管理逐步提高,要求供电所表库工作人员对回库待分拣状态电能表示度进行拍照,过程中需要对电能表进行加电显示。同时,对合格在库的电能表需要升级的要对电能表加电升级。供电所表库工作人员平均每天需要对大量电能表进行加电,传统的加电方式采用手持鳄鱼夹手动加电,存在工序复杂和触电危险的不良状况,且需要专人负责,严重影响工作效率。利用光路控制电路原理,创新出一种自动加电器很大程度上省去拆接线麻烦,减少安全隐患同时减少工作量,缩短加去电时间,节省劳动力,保证电能表加电的快捷、安全,工作效率得到了有效提高。

The traditional power up mode adopts hand-held alligator clip to power up manually, which has the disadvantages of complex process and electric shock risk, and needs special personnel to be responsible, which seriously affects the work efficiency. Based on the principle of optical path control circuit, an automatic power up instrument is innovated, which greatly don’t need disassemble and wiring, reduces potential safety hazards, saves 2/3 of the worktime, shortens the power up and discharge time, saves labors, ensures the fast and safe power up of electric energy meter, and effectively improves the work efficiency.
