媒体融合背景下数字图书馆发展策略研究

Research on the Development Strategy of Digital Library under the Background of Media Convergence

[目的/意义]在媒体融合背景下,数字图书馆资源建设与服务呈现海量化、多样化与动态性、时效性并存的特点。文章研究数字图书馆在保留传统学术类资源建设的基础上,开拓新资源和服务的方式,提高资源利用效率,实现“文献资源服务模式”向“知识内容服务模式”的路径转变,强化图书馆资源的内容融合与集成服务,提升数字图书馆个性化服务和公众化服务质量。[方法/过程]分析了当下数字图书馆发展研究的现状,调研媒体融合特征及其对数字图书馆的影响,厘清数字图书馆资源建设与服务面临的四大主要问题,构建基于媒体融合思维的数字图书馆发展框架。[结果/结论]提出媒体融合背景下数字图书馆发展策略,强调要从思维、资源、服务和组织4个维度围绕其问题和痛点实现提质增效,切实在“百年未有之大变局”中加快数字图书馆向复合型、社交化、移动化、智慧化的知识聚合服务中心演进。

[Purpose/significance]In the context of media convergence,the construction and service of digital library resources feature a combination of richness,diversification,dynamicity,and timeliness.In this paper,the development of new resources and service mode in digital libraries is studied on the basis of retaining traditional academic resources,so as to improve the efficiency to use resource and to transform the service mode from“document orientation”to“knowledge orientation”.Through the optimization of content convergence,the quality of personalized services and public services of the digital library can be improved.[Method/process]In this paper,the research status of digital library development is analyzed to explore the characteristics of media convergence and its impact on digital libraries,to clarify the four major problems related to construction and services of digital library resource,and to establish the development framework of digital library based on media convergence.[Result/conclusion]The development strategy of digital library under the background of media convergence is put forward,with the emphasis of the need to improve quality and efficiency from thinking,resource,service and organization to find out main problems,so as to accelerate the evolution of digital library into a knowledge aggregation service center with mixed mode,socialization,mobility,and intelligence in a period of major change that’s rarely seen in a century.
