摘要
介绍了阳谷祥光铜业有限公司150 kt/a蓄电池级精制硫酸生产工艺流程、控制参数、设备选型和超纯水生产工艺等,对产品升级改造过程中及后期实际生产运行中存在的问题进行了分析探讨,重点对酸浓度控制与串酸操作、酸温控制与操作及酸质管控措施等进行了阐述。通过不断优化工艺操作及落实改造措施,有效保证了蓄电池级精制硫酸生产系统长周期稳定运行,对其他蓄电池级精制硫酸技术改造提升项目有一定借鉴意义。
Production process, control parameters, equipment selection and ultra-pure water production process of 150 kt/a battery grade refined sulfuric acid in Yanggu Xiangguang Copper Co.,Ltd.were introduced.Problems existing in the process of product upgrading and later production operation were analyzed and discussed.Acid concentration control and operation, acid temperature control and operation, and acid quality control measures were described.Through continuous optimization of process operation and implementation of transformation measure, the long-term stable operation of battery level refined sulfuric acid production system was effectively guaranteed, which can be used as a reference for other battery level refined sulfuric acid technical transformation and upgrading projects.
