施工项目安全标准化体系建设方法及实证

Construction Method and Empirical Study of Safety Standardization System of Construction Project

为规范施工项目安全标准化体系建设,建立施工项目安全标准化体系建设科学模式,提升施工项目安全体系文件管理,采用文献梳理、逻辑分析、案例验证的方法,梳理了安全体系建设思路及步骤,构建了安全标准化体系建设模型,并以此为依据制定了安全标准化体系建设实施流程。采用案例实证的方法,以某钢桥梁专业分包施工项目为例,建立了3个层级的安全标准化体系文件。研究结果表明,施工项目安全标准化体系建设主要分为4大阶段8小阶段,体系主要包括4大分项体系与若干分项要素,分项要素中又包括规章制度、实施文件、记录文件3个层级。

In order to standardize the construction of safety standardization system of construction projects,establish a scientific model,and improve the document management,the paper uses the methods of literature combing,logical analysis and case verification to sort out the thinking stages and steps of the construction of the safety system,builds the construction model of the safety standardization system,and formulates the implementation process of the safety standardization system construction.Using the method of case demonstration,taking the subcontracting construction project of steel bridge as an example,three levels of safety standardization system documents are established.The research shows that the construction of safety standardization system of construction project is mainly divided into four stages and eight small stages.The system mainly includes four systems and several sub systems,and the sub system also includes three levels:rules and regulations,implementation documents and record documents.
