重大疫情风险下冷链物流配送中心选址模型 被引量:3

摘要 持续至今的新冠肺炎疫情不仅对人民群众正常的生产生活造成了巨大冲击,给物流业也带来严峻考验。由于冷链物流中新冠病毒的高传播性,冷链货物所属配送中心及其货物存在严重的病毒感染的风险。为避免产生巨大损失的可能性,必须在配送中心选址过程中考虑病毒感染这一重要的风险因素。通过系统分析冷链物流配送中心选址问题,在传统CFLP选址模型中加入新冠病毒感染风险系数,提出嵌入新冠病毒感染风险系数的货损成本函数。将考虑病毒感染系数的选址模型应用于疫情下石家庄市冷链物流配送中心选址实例,得到了最佳的选址方案。结果表明,根据冷链产品易感染病毒的特点,将病毒感染风险系数嵌入CFLP模型中是必要且可行的,对重大疫情下冷链物流配送中心选址有着重要的现实意义。 The continuous outbreak of the coronavirus not only caused a huge impact on people’s production and living,but also seriously affected the cold chain logistics industry.Due to the high transmissibility of the coronavi-rus in cold chain logistics,the distribution centers to which cold chain goods belong and their goods are at serious risk of virus infection.To avoid huge losses,it is essential to consider the factors of virus infection risk in distribution centers’location selection.This paper analyzes the actual location cases of distribution centers,adopts the CFLP location model,develops the risk coefficient of virus infection,and forms loss cost function with the risk coefficient.We supplement this function to the CFLP location model and apply the model to the location selection case of cold chain logistics distribution centers in Shijiazhuang,in which we obtain an optimal scheme.This study demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of adding the risk coefficient of virus infection to the CFLP model due to cold chain products’susceptibility to the virus.The results provide practical guidance for the location selection of cold chain logistics distribution centers under the major epidemic outbreak.
