Study on the strategy of building quality improvement in existing residential areas——taking the existing residential areas in Kunming as an example

通过文献研究法识别既有住区建筑品质提升质量要素,利用分析型Kano模型对既有住区建筑品质提升质量要素的属性进行分类和优先级确定。研究发现,居民迫切希望提升的建筑品质主要包括垂直交通、停车设施、治安防范设施和三线管道敷设,基于此提出既有住区建筑品质提升策略。
