摘要探讨对高职学生进行工匠精神培育,从建立市场管理制度、改革高职教育模式、强化校企合作、产教融合、实施现代学徒制、加强校园文化建设、打造“双师型”教师队伍等方面入手,加大工匠精神培育力度,为社会培养具有工匠精神的高端技能人才。
