摘要
含Ⅰ型血小板结合蛋白基序的解聚蛋白样金属蛋白酶-4(a disintegrin-like and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin type-1 motifs-4, ADAMTS-4)是ADAMTS家族中的一个重要成员。ADAMTS-4可能通过降解细胞外基质、促进炎症反应、促进平滑肌细胞迁移等多种途径参与心血管疾病的发生发展过程。本文分别介绍了ADAMTS-4与动脉粥样硬化、冠心病、心力衰竭、主动脉瘤及主动脉夹层的关系,分析了ADAMTS-4在动脉粥样硬化、冠心病、心力衰竭、主动脉瘤及主动脉夹层中的作用。ADAMTS-4有望成为心血管疾病诊治的标志物及作用靶点,为心血管疾病的诊断与治疗提供了新的依据,为未来心血管疾病诊治拓宽了思路。
A disintegrin-like and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin type-1 motifs-4(ADAMTS-4)is an important member of the ADAMTS family. ADAMTS-4 may be involved in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases by degrading extracellular matrix, promoting inflammatory response,and promoting smooth muscle cell migration. This paper introduces the relationship among ADAMTS-4 and atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, heart failure, aortic aneurysm and aortic dissection, and analyzes the role of ADAMTS-4 in atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, heart failure, aortic aneurysm and aortic dissection. It is concluded that ADAMTS-4 is expected to be a marker and target for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, providing a new basis for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. It highlights the status of biomarkers in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, and broadens the thinking for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in the future.
