炎症反应中巨噬细胞极化机制和中药靶向治疗 被引量:3

Mechanism of macrophage polarization in inflammatory response and targeted therapy of traditional Chinese medicine

摘要 巨噬细胞是炎症细胞的重要组成部分,包括促炎M1型和抗炎M2型。两者之间的表型转化决定炎症反应的最终结局。TLR4/NF-κB、MAPK、JAK/STAT、PI3K/AKT和PPAR-γ等是巨噬细胞极化的关键信号通路。在肠、肝、肺、脑等脏器炎性损伤过程中,主要是以M1型巨噬细胞过度活化为主,持续合成、释放炎性因子参与机体的炎性损伤。本文总结了近年来的相关研究,就巨噬细胞极化及其与器官炎性损伤的关系进行阐述,同时探讨中药在调控巨噬细胞极化中的作用,以期为炎症反应性疾病提供新的治疗靶点。 Macrophages are an important part of inflammatory cells, including pro-inflammatory M1 type and anti-inflammatory M2 type. The phenotypic transformation between the two determines the outcome of the inflammatory response, and TLR4/NF-κB, MAPK, JAK/STAT, PI3K/AKT and PPAR-γ, and so on are the key signaling pathways of macrophage polarization. In the process of inflammatory injury of the intestine,liver, lung, brain, and other organs, M1-type macrophages are mainly over-activated, which continuously synthesize and release inflammatory factors to participate in the inflammatory injury of the body. This paper summarizes the relevant research in recent years, expounds the macrophage polarization and its relationship with organ inflammatory injury, and discusses the role of traditional Chinese medicine in regulating macrophage polarization, in order to provide a new therapeutic target for inflammatory diseases.
