摘要
以实现大型仪器设备开放共享工作的规范与高效为宗旨,以提高大型仪器设备利用率,并满足师生不同科研属性的测试需求为目标,结合东北大学校级测试平台扫描电子显微镜实际开放共享情况,阐述了"培训—考核—自主操作"运行机制的实施方法与实际应用情况,提出了以实验室安全为前提的大型仪器设备全时开放共享工作的开展模式,其中包括远程监控模式、学生助理聘任模式、负责教师倒班模式,提出了大型仪器设备管理队伍建设方法。
To create standardization and efficiency of open sharing of large instruments and equipment,to improve the utilization rate of large-scale instruments and equipment,and to meet the testing needs of teachers and students with different research attributes,combined with the actual open sharing of scanning electron microscope on school-level platform in Northeastern University,this paper elaborated the implementation method and practical application situation of "training-assessment-autonomous operating" mechanism,explored large-scale instruments and equipment full-time open sharing work mode at the prerequisite of laboratory safety,including remote monitoring mode,the student assistant employment mode,teacher shift mode,and proposed large-scale instrument and equipment management team construction method.
