颗粒在悬浮粒群中的干涉沉降研究

摘要 根据颗粒在悬浮粒群沉降过程中所受到的不同形式的力,可计算推导出颗粒自由沉降速度公式和颗粒的干涉沉降速度公式。自制干涉沉降装置用于本科生实验,根据实验数据绘制了ψ;与φ关系图、φ—φψ;关系,通过颗粒干涉沉降公式求出的指数n值来表征物料中颗粒的粒度和形状的影响,粒度越小,形状越不规则,n值越大,干涉沉降速度v;越小。 According to the different forms of force that the particles are subjected to during the sedimentation of the suspended particle group,the formula for the free sedimentation velocity and interference sedimentation velocity of the particles were derived through calculation.A self-made interference sedimentation device was used in the experiment of undergraduate students.The experimental data was obtained and the relationships between ψ;and φ as well as φ and φψ;were drawn.The value of the index n in the particle interference sedimentation formula was calculated to characterize the influence of the particle size and shape in the material.The results showed that the smaller the particle size,the more irregular the shape,and the larger the value of n,the smaller the interference settlement velocity of v;.
