亚麻落麻再生纤维素纤维的制备及凝固浴对纤维结构与性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探究不同凝固浴对再生纤维素纤维结构与性能的影响,用高浓度氯化锌(ZnCl_(2))溶液溶解亚麻落麻纤维,选取甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇、丙三醇和异丙醇溶液作为凝固浴,通过湿法纺丝工艺制备再生纤维素纤维,并对ZnCl_(2)在不同凝固浴中的溶解度,以及再生纤维素纤维的表观形貌、化学结构、热稳定性及拉伸性能进行测试。结果表明:ZnCl_(2)在5种凝固浴中的溶解度由低到高依次为丙三醇、乙二醇、甲醇、异丙醇和乙醇;凝固浴种类对纤维的结构与性能有很大影响,使用ZnCl_(2)溶解度较小的凝固浴制备的再生纤维素纤维具有更平滑、致密的形态和结构,以及更高的结晶度、热稳定性和断裂强度;以乙醇为凝固浴制备的再生纤维素纤维具有粗糙的表面形态和微观孔结构,断裂强度为0.75 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为29.8%。 To investigate the effect of different coagulation baths on the structure and properties of regenerated cellulose fibers,linen noil fibers were dissolved in high-concentration ZnCl_(2)solution,and methanol,ethanol,ethylene glycol,propanetriol and isopropanol solutions were selected as coagulation baths to prepare regenerated cellulose fibers by wet spinning process.The solubility of ZnCl_(2)in different coagulation baths,as well as the apparent morphology,chemical structure,thermal stability and tensile properties of the regenerated cellulose fibers were tested.The results show that the solubility of ZnCl_(2)from low to high in the five coagulation baths is glycerol,ethylene glycol,methanol,isopropanol and ethanol.The type of coagulation bath has a great influence on the structure and performance of the fibers.The regenerated cellulose fiber prepared by the coagulation bath with less solubility of ZnCl_(2)has a smoother and denser morphology and structure,as well as higher crystallinity,thermal stability and breaking strength.Among them,the regenerated cellulose fiber prepared by ethanol has a rough surface morphology and micro-pore structure,with a breaking strength of 0.75 cN/dtex,and a breaking elongation of 29.8%.
