摘要 研究基于轨道变换法的突变截面三维织物编织成型方法。给出基于轨道变换法的轨道拼接机理:连通处于织物截面形状内的轨道,同时堵死织物截面形状以外的轨道。根据轨道交叉点处变轨转盘的状态分析编织过程中增加或减少纱线的方法,总结变截面过程中轨道的交叉变换规律及纱线数量变化规律;需要改变三维编织物的横截面形状时,在锭子运动至变轨转盘区域前,变换目标截面形状边缘的变轨转盘状态,可实现轨道的交叉变换,此时纱线数量的变化量是参与编织的角轮数量的变化量的2倍。以矩形-圆形-矩形突变截面三维编织物为例,研究编织过程中轨道的拼接工艺,并对织物的整体尺寸进行计算。该方法采用普通携纱器即可完成突变截面三维织物的整体编织任务,且操作过程简单易懂。 The three-dimensional(3D) braiding fabric with mutation cross-section based on track transformation method was studied. The splicing mechanism based on the track transformation method was put forward, by connecting the tracks inside the cross-section shape of the fabric and blocking the tracks at the edge of the shape. The operation method of yarn increase and decrease was analyzed in braiding process using the state of the switches at the intersection position of tracks. The principal of the cross-transformation law of tracks and the change principal of yarn quantity in the process of variable cross-section was summarized. When the shape of the cross-section of the 3D braiding fabric needs to be changed, the state of the switches at the edge of the desired cross-section shape is changed to realize the cross-transformation of the tracks before the carriers move to the area of the switches, at this time, the change of the number of yarns is twice as much as the change of the number of horn gears involved in braiding. Taking rectangular-circular-rectangular mutant cross-sectional 3D braiding fabric as an example, the splicing technology of tracks in the braiding process was studied, and the overall size of the fabric was calculated. The method can be applied to complete the overall weaving task of three-dimensional fabric with mutated cross-section using a common yarn-carrying device, and the operation process is simple and easy to understand.
