摘要
通过对反应气压缩机干气密封放火炬流量降为0Nm^(3)/h的问题,对现场及中控数据及对防空管线内气体组成进行分析,判断干气密封一级运行正常,二级密封无有效气膜形成,二级密封失效。分析后判断造成密封失效的可能原因有:二级密封静环卡滞、盘车及低转速下干气密封动静环摩擦后产生的污染杂质进入二级密封面。
In the situation that the discharge torch flow of the low-pressure cylinder of the Reaction gas compressor drops to 0 Nm/h,this paper,through the analysis of the site and central control data and the gas composition in the air defense pipeline,it is judged that the first stage of the dry gas seal runs normally,the second stage of the seal has no effective gas film formation,and the second stage of the seal has failed.The possible reasons for the seal failure are:the static ring of the secondary seal is stuck,the polluted impurities produced by the friction between the stationary and rotating ring of the dry gas seal under the turning wheel and low rotation speed enter the secondary seal face.The last,the preventive measures,the optimization of the secondary design of the dry gas seal and the optimization of the static and static ring seal are put forward.
