添加剂对聚偏氟乙烯平板膜结构与性能的影响

摘要 采用热致相分离法(TIPS)制备聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)平板膜。通过向铸膜液中添加亲水性聚合物聚乙二醇400(PEG400),来改善PVDF膜的亲水性及抗污染性能,同时考察了PEG400的含量对膜结构与性能的影响。实验结果表明:当铸膜液中PEG400的含量为6wt%时,膜的动态接触角最小,为92.4°,并且经牛血清蛋白污染后的通量恢复率高达93%以上。由此可见,PEG400的加入在一定程度上提高了膜的亲水性及抗污染性能。 In this paper,poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) flat sheet membranes were fabricated via the thermally induced phase separation method(TIPS).The hydrophilicity and anti-pollution ability of membranes were improved by adding polyethylene glycol-400(PEG400) into casting solution.The influence of PEG400 content on performance was studied.The result indicated that when the content of PEG400 was 6 wt%,the lowest dynamic contact angle could be obtained about 92.4°and flux recovery rate(FRR) after the pollution of bovine serum albumin(BSA) was higher than 93%.Thus it could be seen that the hydrophilicity and anti-pollution ability of membranes could be enhanced to a certain extent by adding PEG400.
