海缆在末端平台的余量预留施工工艺研究

摘要 通常将海底电缆、海底光缆及海底光电复合缆(信息传输/电能传输)简称海缆,是海上油/气田和新能源海上风电生产中的命脉,就海上油/气田开发工程而言,海缆铺设工程多为平台至平台间海缆,而平台间海缆铺设工程的难点及关键点在于如何在靠近末端平台处进行余量预留及海缆抽拉上平台,本文结合工程实践,总结了两种海缆在靠近末端平台进行余量预留的施工工艺,并对比分析了两种施工工艺特点及适用性,对如何安全、高效地完成靠近末端平台的海缆余量预留提出建议。 Submarine power cable,submarine optic cable and submarine composite cable(information transmission/power transmission) are generally referred to as submarine cable,which is the lifeblood of offshore oil/gas field and new energy offshore wind power production.As for offshore oil/gas field development projects,submarine cable laying projects are mostly platform to platform submarine cables,The difficulty and key point of the submarine cable laying project between platforms lies in how to reserve the allowance near the second end platform and pull the submarine cable onto the platform.Combined with the project practice,this paper summarizes the two construction technologies for reserve the allowance near the second end platform,compares and analyzes the characteristics and applicability of the two construction technologies,and how to ensure the safety suggestions are put forward for efficiently completing the reserve of submarine cable allowance near the second end platform.
