摘要
水力振荡器近几年在渤海油田广泛应用,虽然能够有效解决滑动托压问题,但其存在压耗高、破坏性强等缺点。渤海油田引入径向振动工具,不仅能解决深部地层滑动托压问题,还能降低减摩工具对地面钻井设备和井下仪器的损害。介绍了径向振动工具的结构原理和应用效果,为该工具后续的使用和推广提供借鉴和参考。
Hydraulic oscillators have been widely used in Bohai Oilfields in recent years.Although they can effectively solve the problem of sliding resistance drag,they have disadvantages such as high pressure consumption and strong destructiveness.The introduction of lateral vibration tools in the Bohai Oilfield can not only solve the problem of sliding resistance drag in deep formations,but also reduce the damage of anti-friction tools to surface drilling equipment and downhole instruments.This article introduces the structural principle and application effect of the lateral vibration tool,and provides reference and reference for the subsequent use and promotion of the tool.
