管道吹扫是LNG接收站工艺管道投产建设过程中非常关键的工序,其管道系统又非常复杂并且基本无法看到管道内部的情况,所以其难度较大,本文分析解读了相关的国家行业标准,介绍了常用管道吹扫方法的利弊及适用情况,结合工艺管道特点对管道吹扫策略提出了优化建议,最后结合实际案例,分享了管道吹扫方案实施时取得的经验。

Pipeline purging is a key process during the production and construction of LNG terminal process pipeline.Its pipeline system is very complex,and the internal situation of the pipeline can hardly be seen,so it is very difficult.This paper analyzes and interprets the relevant national and industrial standards,and introduces the advantages,disadvantages and application of common pipeline purging methods,combined with the characteristics of process pipeline,the optimization suggestions for pipeline purging strategy are put forward.Finally,combined with practical cases,the experience gained in the implementation of pipeline purging scheme is shared.
