深层侧钻技术在渤中某井的应用

摘要 渤海油田随着不断开发,钻井逐步向深层发展,钻井难度不断加大,井漏、卡钻等钻井复杂情况增多,深层侧钻技术需求不断凸显。渤中某油田是渤海油田的主力油田之一,该区块油藏穿火成岩和裂缝结构较多,易发生井漏等复杂情况。针对深部地层可钻性差,井眼控制难度高和侧钻成功率较低等问题,本文结合渤中某井深层侧钻实例,提炼总结深层水泥塞侧钻组合优化技术、参数控制及验证侧钻成功措施,为后续深层侧钻作业提供了宝贵的作业经验。 With the continuous development of Bohai Oilfield,drilling gradually develops to the deep layer,the number of drilling complications,such as leaking and sticking,is increasing,the demand for deep sidetracking technology is becoming increasingly prominent.One of the BZ Oilfield is one of the main oil fields in Bohai Oilfield.The oil reservoirs in this block have many structures of penetration igneous rocks and fractures,which are prone to well leakage and other complex situations.In view of the poor drillability of deep formation,the difficulty of borehole trajectory control and the low success rate of sidetrack drilling,as one well,for example,the paper put forward the technology of deep cement plug sidetracking BHA optimization,the drilling parameter control and the measures of sidetracking success validation,for the subsequent deep cement plug sidetracking operations provided valuable work experience.
