The Whole-process Peoples’ Democracy Marks a New Height of the Common Value of Human Democracy

发展全过程人民民主,是当代中国马克思主义、21世纪马克思主义主要创立者习近平同志提出的全新理念。这一重大全新理念是对恩格斯“过程集合体”伟大基本思想的政治自觉。全过程人民民主是人类政治文明史上最具自觉性、彻底性、革命性的民主,是我国人民代表大会制度日常化、生活化的表现形态,是中国共产党和中国人民对人类政治文明发展作出的中国贡献,具有十分重大的理论意义、实践意义、历史意义、世界意义。
