高职现代学徒制人才培养质量评价对比研究——以酒店管理与数字化运营专业为例 被引量:2

A Comparative Study on the Training Quality of Modern Apprenticeship Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges:Taking Hotel Management and Digital Operation as an Example

摘要 以学校酒店管理与数字化运营专业的现代学徒制试点项目培养的90多名学徒为研究样本,通过调查问卷、上门访谈、查阅文献等研究方法,从企业、学校、社会表现三方面对学徒班和对比班学生进行了比较分析,结果表明接受多元化主体、多维度内容和多样化方式评价的学徒培养质量比对比班学生高。总结了现代学徒制人才培养质量评价方式的创新:企业评价从“岗位实习评价”转变为“职业生涯评价”,教师评价从“技能评价”转变为“能力评价”,第三方注重学徒“综合素养”的评价。同时,提出了相关实施建议。 Taking more than 90 apprentices trained in the modern apprenticeship pilot project of hotel management and digital Operation major of the university as the research samples, through questionnaire,door-to-door interview, literature review and other research methods, the paper makes a comparative analysis on the students of apprenticeship class and comparison class from the three aspects of enterprise, school and social performance. The results show that the quality of apprenticeship training of students who accept the evaluation of diversified subjects, multi-dimensional content and diversified ways is higher than that of students in the contrast class.This paper summarizes the innovation of the evaluation method of talent cultivation quality in modern apprenticeship system: the enterprise evaluation changes from "post practice evaluation" to "career evaluation",the teacher evaluation changes from "skill evaluation" to "ability evaluation", and the third party pays attention to the evaluation of "comprehensive accomplishment" of apprentices.At the same time, the relevant implementation suggestions are put forward.
