摘要
基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)技术已经在病原菌鉴定上取得了非常理想的效果,具有流程简单、准确快速、高通量等优点,被越来越广泛地应用于临床微生物实验室中。作为一种快速、简便且经济的方法,MALDI-TOF MS在病原菌耐药性的临床检测方面也展现出巨大的潜力,是目前临床微生物学领域的一大研究热点。国内外已有许多基于MALDI-TOF MS检测病原菌耐药性的相关研究,并提出了多种不同的方法,本文将对病原菌耐药性的主要检测方法和原理进行综述。
Matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS) has achieved good results in pathogen identification. It has been widely used in clinical microbiological laboratories due to its simple process, high throughput and high accuracy. As a fast, simple and economic method, MALDI-TOF MS also shows great potential in the clinical detection of drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria, which is a hot spot in the field of clinical microbiology. At home and abroad, there are many researches on the detection of drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria based on MALDI-TOF MS, and a variety of different methods are proposed. This article will review the main methods and principles of detection of pathogenic bacteria resistance.
