超声刀治疗混合痔48例疗效观察

Effect Observation on 48 Cases of Mixed Hemorrhoids Treated with Ultrasonic Scalpel

为分析超声刀治疗混合痔的临床疗效,选取本院收治的96例混合痔患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各48例。观察组采用超声刀痔切除术治疗,对照组实施传统外剥内扎术。比较2组术中出血量、创面愈合时间、肛门坠胀时间、并发症发生率及疼痛评分。结果显示,观察组术中出血量少于对照组,创面愈合时间及肛门坠胀时间短于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后24h和术后7d疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),2组术后2周疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果表明,采用超声刀痔切除术治疗混合痔,疗效优于传统手术,患者术后疼痛轻,恢复快,值得临床推广应用。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of mixed hemorrhoids treated with ultrasonic scalpel(US),randomly divided 96 mixed hemorrhoids patients treated in authors’ hospital into observation group(48 cases,treated with US for hemorrhoidectomy)and control group(48 cases,with routine external dissection &internal ligation);then,compared both groups’ intraoperative bleeding volume,wound-surface healing time,anus bearing-down &swelling lasting time,and complication incidence,as well as the score ratings on pain.As results,in intraoperative bleeding volume;in the time for wound-surface healing,and for anus bearing-down &swelling lasting;and,in complication incidence;as well as in the score rating on pain at 24 hrs after surgery and at 7 days after surgery observation group was respectively less,shorter,and lower,as well as lower than control group(all,P <0.05).Only,at 2 weeks after surgery the ratings on pain had no statistical difference between the two groups(P >0.05).Results show that the effect of adopting US for hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids is superior to routine surgery,and after surgery patients’ pain is slight,they can fastly be recovered,thus US is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
