氩等离子凝固术对结肠息肉患者术后疼痛程度及血脂水平的影响

Impact of Argon Plasma Coagulation Procedure on Postoperative Pain Intensity and Blood Lipid Levels of the Patients with Colonic Polyps

为探讨氩等离子凝固术(APC)对结肠息肉患者疼痛程度及血脂水平的影响,将82例结肠息肉患者分为观察组42例和对照组40例。观察组采用APC治疗,对照组采用内镜下黏膜切除术治疗。对比2组术后疼痛程度及血脂水平变化情况。结果显示,2组术后1d疼痛VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1个月,2组VAS评分均明显下降,且观察组下降幅度更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1个月,2组三酰甘油、总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白水平均较术前下降,且观察组下降幅度更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,结肠息肉采用APC治疗效果良好,可减轻患者疼痛程度,改善血脂水平,值得临床推广应用。

This study was to investigate the impact of argon plasma coagulation(APC)on postoperative pain intensity and blood lipid levels of the patients with colonic polyps(CP),divided 82 CP patients into observation group(42 cases,received APC)and control group(40 cases,received endoscopic mucosal resection,i.e EMR);then,compared both groups’ patients’ pain intensity,and blood lipid level after surgery.As results,1 day after surgery in patients’ pain intensity’s VAS ratings there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P >0.05);1 month after surgery both groups’ ratings were declined significantly,and observation groups’ one was declined more than control groups’ one(P <0.05);1 month after surgery the levels of triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein(LDL)were declined than before surgery,and,observation groups’ one was declined more than control groups’ one(P <0.05).Results show that for CP,APC has more better efficacy,which can relieve patients’ pain intensity,improve their blood lipid level,thus is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
