扶阳通便颗粒治疗脾肾阳虚型便秘80例疗效观察

Fuyang Tongbian Granules in the Treatment of Constipation Induced by Yang Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney:Effect Observation on 80 Cases

为评价扶阳通便颗粒口服治疗脾肾阳虚型便秘的临床疗效,将160例脾肾阳虚型便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各80例。治疗组采用扶阳通便颗粒口服治疗,对照组采用枸橼酸莫沙必利片口服治疗。观察比较2组治疗前后中医证状评分、便秘评分、生活质量评分和疗效。结果显示,治疗后,治疗组中医证状评分、便秘评分和生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的81.25%(P <0.05)。结果表明,扶阳通便颗粒口服治疗脾肾阳虚型便秘临床疗效显著,能迅速缓解便秘症状,提高患者生活质量。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of Fuyang Tongbian granules(Granules)in the treatment of constipation induced by Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney(YDSK),randomly divided 160 cases met above conditions into treatment group(80 cases orally administered Granules)and control group(80 cases,orally administered mosapride citrate tablets);then,observed and compared both groups’ pre-and post-treatment’s score ratings on TCM symptoms,on constipation,and on patients’ quality of life;as well as effect.As results,after treatment,above each score ratings of treatment group were all superior to that of control group(all,P <0.05);the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(90.00% vs 81.25%,P <0.05).Results show that the effect of Granules is more significanter than that of mosapride citrate in the treatment of constipation induced by YDSK,can fastly relieve constipation symptoms,and enhance patients’ quality of life.
