中医耳穴压豆联合快速康复外科护理用于混合痔术后的疗效观察

TCM Dou-pressing on Ear Point Combined with Nursing Over Enhanced Recovery after Surgery Applied Postoperation of Mixed Hemorrhoids:Effect Observation

为探讨中医耳穴压豆联合快速康复外科(ERAS)护理用于混合痔术后的临床效果,将112例混合痔术后患者依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各56例。观察组给予中医耳穴压豆联合ERAS护理干预,对照组予以常规护理干预,比较2组患者创面愈合时间,疼痛持续时间,离床活动时间,疼痛程度和睡眠质量。结果显示,观察组创面愈合时间、疼痛持续时间及离床活动时间均短于对照组(P <0.05);干预3d后,观察组疼痛程度低于对照组(P <0.05),睡眠质量评分优于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,中医耳穴压豆联合ERAS护理可有效缓解混合痔术后患者创面疼痛程度,促进患者快速康复,同时能改善睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of TCM dou-pressing on ear point(DPEP)plus nursing over enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)applied postoperation of mixed hemorrhoids,randomly divided 112 cases who underwent mixed hemorrhoids surgery into observation group(56 cases,received TCM DPEP plus nursing over ERAS)and control group(56 cases,routine nursing);then,compared both groups’ patients’ time for wound-surface healing,for pain lasting,and for out-of-bed ambulation;as well as pian intensity and sleep quality.As results,in above-mentioned time for three items,in pain intensity 3 days after intervention,as well as in the score ratings on sleep quality,observation group was respectively shorter,lower than,as well as superior to control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that for the patients underwent mixed hemorrhoids surgery TCM DPEP plus nursing over ERAS can effectively relieve their wound-surface pain intensity,promote them fastly rehabilitated,and their sleep quality improved,thus is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
