关于煤矸石回填工艺技术的研究和思考

Research and thinking about coal gangue backfilling technology

介绍了我国煤矸石的堆积情况,从煤矸石制备吸附材料、煤矸石制备建筑材料、煤矸石制备化工产品及肥料、煤矸石用于发电及回填等方面,概述了煤矸石的综合利用现状;分析了煤矸石堆积导致的水体、大气、土地等环境污染状况,阐明了煤矿生产伴生的煤矸石回填处理途径及工艺技术。针对煤矿开采过程中的环保问题,总结归纳了相关的国家政策及典型的环境影响评价批复。旨在厘清煤矸石环境污染治理、综合利用问题及未来的发展方向,推进我国煤矸石的有效处理进程,改善矿区生态环境。

This paper introduces the accumulation situation of coal gangue in China,and summarizes the comprehensive utilization status of coal gangue from the following aspects:coal gangue for adsorption material,coal gangue for construction material,coal gangue for chemical products and fertilizer,coal gangue for power generation and backfill,etc.;the environmental pollution of water,air and land caused by coal gangue accumulation is also analyzed,and the way and technology of coal gangue backfilling treatment associated with coal mine production are expounded.In view of the environmental protection problems in the process of coal mining,the relevant national policies and typical environmental impact assessment approval are summarized.The purpose is to clarify the problems of coal gangue environmental pollution control,comprehensive utilization and future development direction,promote the effective treatment process of coal gangue in China,and improve the ecological environment of mining areas.
